What exactly does this system do?

Do I still need my old CRM, booking tool, or review software?

In most cases, no.

Our system combines CRM, pipeline tracking, booking calendars, automated follow up, missed call text back, review requests and reporting in one place.

Most businesses replace three to five separate tools, reducing monthly costs and simplifying everything into one dashboard.

If you already use something essential, we can usually integrate it.

Is it hard to use?

No.

We set everything up for you during onboarding. Your pipelines, automations, calendars and messaging are built and tested before you start using it.

What if I don’t have a website yet?

That is not a problem.

We can design and build a professional website or high converting lead funnel for you. Hosting, integrations and automation are handled for you.

If you already have a website, we can connect it into the system or rebuild it if it is underperforming.

Who owns the website?

While you are subscribed, your website and system are hosted and maintained by CODEXX.

If you ever want full ownership, we offer a website buyout option. This allows you to take full control of the site for a one off fee.

If you cancel without a buyout, access to hosting and the system ends at the close of your billing period.

How quickly will I see results?

Many clients notice improvements within the first 30 days.

The biggest difference usually comes from faster follow up. Leads receive immediate responses instead of waiting hours or days, which increases bookings and conversions.

How much does it cost to get started?

We offer two main monthly plans: Essentials and Growth.

Pricing depends on whether you need just automation or a full website build with hosting and integrations. Most clients find that converting one or two extra leads per month covers the cost.

Website only builds start from £1,500 with a monthly plan to cover hosting, maintenance and support.
